Cameron's Book Signing At Baked with Love
Its Monday night and everyone has had there usual busy day in Ash Harbor. Some are yoga teachers, some work at the local charter school, and even some are computer techs. All wanted to support Cameron and get there hands on her latest book. " An old love"
Cameron loves to take her friends situations and add them and mix them up into her romance novels. The characters in this book are Brian and Amy. Two people who once had a thing for one another in high school and then find one another later in life. Sound like anyone you know?
Its an exciting night at Baked with Love. Carla has closed the shop and those who are coming to the book signing of Cameron Hiatt will be there. Cameron's latest romance novel " An Old Love" is ready and she is so excited to present to those of Ash Harbor. Carla is getting the coffee and pastry together for those and she is very anxious to hear a little from Cameron's book.
Sara makes her way in and sits with Angie and Gabriella. Sara is a kindergarten teacher at the local charter school. She is excited to be out on a school night. Her husband Bobby is working night shift.
Sara- Hey girls, so exciting to be here!!!
Gabriella- I know, I am glad wish Xavier joined me. How are ya Sara?
Sara- I am good, tired but glad to be here. Bobby is working tonight so I am glad I have something keeping me busy (smiling)
Angie- I bet all those kindergarten students keep you on your toes!
Sara- Yes!!! How you feeling hunny?
Angie- Great! Still no morning sickness, just craving pickles and chicken a lot.
Sara- Hah that's so funny!!! I am sure Nathan is laughing at the cravings.
Angie- I sent him out at 9:45 last night to get me KFC haha.
All the girls laugh and are so glad to be together. Nights like this make them so happy of there long years of friendship!
Everyone is eager to read Cameron's book. Her writing is amazing. Jodie Ann is coming in to grab a seat. She is very busy lately getting her new store ready to open. It will have blankets, scarfs, pottery and jewelry. She is very eager for the grand opening! It will be called. A little piece of Heaven.
Everyone is enjoying being at Baked with Love. There is so many of these ladies who grew up together. Everyone is anxious to hear how everyone is doing. Mindy has been talking with Luis. He is someone they all have known since 7th grade. He is sweet, smart and very easy on the eyes. It seems each event, like Angie and Nathan's wedding and the Bash they had for the end of the summer those two end up spending the night together. Nothing physical has happen except a few kisses. Mindy is skeptical tho because before he moved back here he was in NYC trying to get there friend Melina to move down here and she knows those two slept together. Melina is supposed to be moving here by Christmas and Mindy is afraid if they pursue there relationship once she is here then he will push Mindy aside.
Mindy is sitting with Nya, Eleanor, and Nya's sister Mya. The girls are catching up and having conversations with each other. Nya is a second grade teacher. Eleanor works as a yoga instructor and Mya is a dental hygienist. Mindy works as a X-ray tech at the Ash Memorial Hospital.
Mindy- So girls are you going to get one of the books?
Nya- Of course I am ready to read it tonight haha!!!
Eleanor- God me too, I want a glass of wine an a nice relaxing tub to read it in!!
Mya- Jon asked me if I was going to get turned on by her book. I said I don't know hahah
Preston Connor walks in with his girlfriend Brie Reynolds. She is such a beautiful girl. He is a Third grade teacher and she works for the local spa were she does facials and such. There love for each other began a few months ago. She always liked Preston but for years he was always hung up on Sophia. But Sophia was not interested in him that way. So he took a chance and one night it fell into place like a puzzle and ever since him and Brie have been super cute and cozy.....
Everyone is quickly finding there seats and Cameron sits in a chair in the front were everyone can see her. She looks so nice in a cute skirt, a nice top and some black heels. The room gets quite and focus there attention to her...................
Cameron- Hey everyone welcome and thank you for coming out tonight! I am so honored to have many of my friends new and old here to get a peak at my book. I love to write and many of you know I use situations I know people have been in or go thru and put them in to my works. Ofcourse I change names and make it very exciting. My new book was not too long of a process but I had a lot of great moments writing it. I spent a huge amount of time writing and typing right here at Baked with Love. I want to thank Carla for allowing me to hog up the best table in the house!!! My very awesome friend Cheyenne for encourging me and pushing me to fufill my dreams! I love all of you here tonight and I thank you so much. So let me go ahead and read a little from some of the chapters.

Cameron- Amy just spent a few weeks away for work she had ran into a past friend and the two had a lot of fun catching up. He was very sexy and the sex was just like she remembered. It was like something out of a movie. No love involved just fun, rough and very sweaty!!! Just what Amy needed after the crazy schedule and life she has had lately.....

Amy knew that she wanted nothing more then to take all her clothes and show Brian how much she always wanted him". His sexy six pack abs and chisel grin made Amy very turned on and uncontrollable. She wanted him and she knew she would have him...." These two have known one another a long time but there relationship never was able to go to the next level.
Paul turned to see Cheyenne staring dead ahead! Paul rubbed her shoulder and she turned her head looking at him.....
Paul- That sounds like us in a way babe, I just didn't get you from the train station hah"
Cheyenne- ha! Yea it does....
( Thinking to herself, oh sweet Jesus I hope he doesn't realize that Cameron wrote about me and Peter and our fun night of meaningless sex)
Cameron stops there leaving everyone very eager to snatch a book a blanket and read the heck out of this awesome novel. She has the way of making people fall into a trance as if there experiencing and going thru the motions of her characters.
