Part 3......

I am rating this episode PG due to adult doll conversations.

It was Saturday morning, and the snow was still blanketing the ground. Jana looked out the window while sipping her coffee. Being the morning person she was, she had been awake long before the other two had awoke.

It wasn't long and Liv was staggering out. She planted herself on the couch, looking to continue a few more moments of sleep. Following behind her moments later was a messy bed head Cambria.

Cambria-* yawning and stretching* morning!

Jana- Hey Sunshine's, rise and shine!

Liv just stayed silent, she isn't a morning person nor does she wanna have a conversation with a giddy Jana until she has had some coffee.

Jana- umm Cam, I am worried. I don't know if Ember & your brother will be able to  make it here. The snow has really made its mark. I tried to open the door and when I did, it was piled up. The radio said we received another 5 inches last night and more is expected today!

Cambria scratched her crazy bed head. Well being Ember was safe, and warm and with the company of her brother, she didn't see why it would be any harm.

Cambria- well, umm if she's safe in the other cabin I am sure things will be fine.

Jana- I know, I just feel awful she is miles away in a cabin with a stranger and not with us.

Cambria- Stranger?  Whoaa myy brother is not a stranger Jana.

Jana- I am sorry Cambria, you know what I mean.

Cambria- yea, but I promise you. My brother is a gentleman, he wouldn't hurt her. Hell if it wasn't for him we wouldn't even be here!

Jana- yes, your right.. I am so thankful we are too. Maybe we should text her to see what's going on.

A FEW MOMENTS PRIOR.......

Meanwhile, before Cam came out to the living room she received a text from a stressed Ember.

(Ember texting Cambria)

Ember- Hey Cam, umm look so I have bad news. The snow is so bad and your brother says we can't leave.

Cambria- I see the snow out there, don't worry girl just relax... he will take care of ya! He's a sweetie.

Ember was so frustrated she wanted to be with the girls. Not that Aksel wasn't a nice guy, she just felt bad like she was impeding on him.

Ember- ok, well hopefully tomorrow I can get over towards you guys.

Cambria- The snow is thickening up.

BACK TO PRESENT TIME.....

Cambria- she text me before I come out.

Liv's eyebrow raised- Oh yea?

Cambria- Yeah, their going to just wait out the storm and then hope to be here tomorrow!!!

Jana- oh good I hope so!!!

Liv- well on that note, I need a major cup of coffee!!!

Jana- I need another too, you want one Cam?

Cambria- yeah I will be in shortly...

As the girls head off for some caffeine, Cambria decides to text Ember one more time. Maybe she will shoot Aksel a message to make sure he takes good care of her bestie. Who cares if Ember isn't here right now. She doesn't have to rush to a class or study for a test. Why not sit back enjoy the scenery and enjoy herself.

Cambria- look just relax enjoy the cabin. Were about to get some coffee going and maybe make some breakfast.

(Moments later Ember Responds)

Ember- 😐 yeah I will try... I wish I could have some coffee with you girls!

Cambria- 😋 you will tomorrow and we will have a shot and celebrate!!! wahoo!!!!

Ember- 💗😆 I can't wait. Tell the girls I miss them. and I will see yall tomorrow!!!!

Cambria giggled at the thought of her big muscular brother and Ember trying to maneuver around the little cabin. Ahh hopefully they can loosen up! Give one another some holiday cheer!

*Jana is in the kitchen pouring the coffee. She yells in to Cambria*

Jana- Your coffee is ready Cambria!!

Cambria- I'm Coming!!!! 

SUNDAY

Saturday came and went and they were still trapped. This morning they were hopeful that Aksel was going to bring Ember to the cabin but the snow was still falling and was bad enough that no one was able to drive up the mountain.

The girls sat by the fire enjoying the peacefulness of light Christmas music and twinkling lights illuminating off the tree. Jana was busy typing on her laptop. The atmosphere of the cabin had ideas springing to life in her head she said. Liv found a old pack of  playing cards in the drawer. She got it out and challenged Cambria to a game.

Liv- ok so you ready for me to beat you again?

Cambria- Liv, your damn good at this. How did you learn to be this sneaky with the cards?

Liv- My pop pop, he taught me when I was younger. I miss him especially more this time of year.

The girls all felt bad. They knew Liv's grandfather was super important to her. Her exterior is tough but she has a big heart. Luckily Cam's phone pinged with a text alert, lighting the mood.

Meanwhile cabins away Ember is texting Cam again. Aksel is keeping busy with his sit up routine. Seeing him shirtless has Ember all flustered. The man is like a Greek God with that body.

Liv- Is it Ember?

Cambria- hmm, oh yeah.. yes it is.

Jana- ask her if she wants to read my latest romance story I will show her when she gets here. If she ever does * sigh*

Cambria laughed- why don't you lay it on us Jan? Are we not good enough?

Jana- no girls, I just.... Ember loves romance and that mushy stuff you guys don't care for that stuff..

Cambria looked down biting her lip as she texted Ember.

Cambria- is there sex scenes?

Liv laughed- yeah I mean you know you got to have some dirty scenes with romance novels Jana.

Jana- relax, there is. but, its sweet and not..... like over the top!

Liv- girl, you need to stop being so proper. Throw a curse word in there. Make the male character pull her hair and slap her ass a little.

The words Liv was saying had Cambria in hysterics laughing and Jana as red as a lobster. She was mortified at the vulgar, grotesqueness she was using. Jana wasn't a wild girl, she was pretty much the girl next door.

(Cambria's text to Ember)

We are enjoying the fire. Liv is making Jana embarrassed. She wishes you were here to read her latest story. It sucks your not here but hopefully not too much longer. You know, you should ask my brother if he has a deck of cards. He always seemed to have a pack when we were traveling together.

Hearing that Jana is writing a love story and the hot tension right now in the room has Ember's blood boiling. Her view of Aksel is making her wish she had a glass of water to quince her thirst. The cards sounded like a great idea. She would ask him.

Liv- ok lets go another round lets see if your skills have gotten better. I thought you were an expert?

Cambria- I am, I just let you beat me to get your feet wet!

Liv- haha your a damn liar girl. Don't come here with that mess.

The girls always love to pick and play with one another.

Ember continued texting Cambria. Her mind continued to drift off watching the muscles in Aksel's abs contract and move with every movement he made. She caught herself reaching her hand out like she was going to rub her hand down his washboard abs. Whew calm down Ember she thought.

Miles away the girls had some more laughs and continued to enjoy the meaning of friends at Christmas time.

CHRISTMAS EVE..................................

After a few days of enjoying the inside of the cabin, they were getting a little stir crazy. Cambria was certain Aksel and Ember had to be climbing the walls with boredom, or maybe climbing each other. Aksel was defiantly not someone Ember would ever think about hooking up with. But, this unexpected happening could make her live out a fantasy of a lifetime. Some would be grossed out by their brother's hooking up with their best friend but, Cam was thinking this is what Ember needed.

It was getting late. While nursing a beer on the couch and scrolling in her phone, Cambria wanted to see how they were holding up. She opened up the messages to Ember.

Cambria- how are you guys doing over there?

Ember took Cam's advice and asked Aksel about the cards. To pass their time maybe they could have a little fun. Ember felt her phone vibrate beside her. Picking it up, she could see it was Cambria.

(Sending Cam a quick text)

Ember- hey we are good. Aksel is teaching me how to play speed. Its actually a lot of fun.

When Ember's text her back, Cambria smirked a little. Hmm speed... my brother is smooth.....

Ember sat her phone back down. She knew Cam would message her again.

Cambria- I am hoping for a Christmas miracle that your here tomorrow!!! tell my brother hello please.

Ember- I sure will.. love you good night bestie...

Ember- Cam says hello to you!

Aksel- haha, ok, well put the phone down now lets continue this!!

Cambria sat back reminiscing. Things may have been hard but Aksel was always so good to her. Made sure she was taken care of always even when she fought him tooth and nail.  One day, if he ever settled down, he would make some woman very happy.

Deciding to polish off her beer and hit the hay. Hopefully those two would be here tomorrow.

CHRISTMAS DAY..............................

It was Christmas morning and the girls were so overjoyed when they got the text that Ember and Aksel would be over soon. The path ways cleared up enough and the snow stopped. Sitting in the living room waiting for them to arrive patiently.

As Liv played on her phone, Jana rocked in the rocker. She was so jittery and excited.

Jana- gosh I can't wait to wrap my arms around Ember. This has really stunk her not being here.

Liv- Well, finally we can all eat and enjoy Christmas together.

Cambria- I am looking forward to hugging my brother. I've missed him a lot!

Christmas was a different thing for Cambria. All she had was Aksel, but now she had her three best girlfriends as well. They were all the family she needed.

Jana was too antsy, so she retreated to the window to gaze and wait their arrival.

Jana- I love how this window's view shows down the hill across over the paths. Its so exciting.

Cambria- uh huh.....

Jana- wait, is that what I think it is?

Cambria & Liv had been to engrossed in their telephones to even hear what Jana was rambling about.

Jana- Yall, there is a very long haired gentleman coming up the path and he....wait... I think that is Ember on the back of the ATV with him!

Cambria- haha, yep that's my brother.

Jana- Oh ya!!!! They are here. Thank you god its a miracle.

 It didn't take Ember long and she was rushing into the cabin door to her friends.

Ember- Merry Christmas girls!!!!

Cambria- AH!!!! About dang time your country ass made it here!!!

Ember- I know, its been long few days.

Jana- Merry Christmas Ember so glad you guys made it.

Liv- Merry Christmas girl...

Ember- Merry Christmas guys, I missed yall.

Cambria wrapped her arms around Ember squeezing her tight. They became very close over the four years in college. Cambria thought of Ember more then a best friend, she was her sister.

(Whispering in her ear for only Ember to hear)

Cambria- Merry Christmas I love ya bestie!

Ember could feel the tears to begin and she wanted

Ember- Aksel is getting my bags, I guess we should help him haha!

Jana- I will get the door for him...

Liv- I will come help you get that door Jana....

The two girls walked off giddy to meet the famous rock star brother. Leaving Cambria with a little grin on her face.

Cambria- Soooo, did you and my brother have fun?? ( wiggling her eyebrows)

Ember- yes, it was nice and he was a complete gentleman. Your right he really is very sweet and good hearted.

Cambria- yeah, he is isn't he. That is it?

Ember- yeah that's it! Why?

Cambria- oh..noo.. nothing..

Cambria was certain her plan would work, but I guess they just kept it friendly. Nothing else.

Cambria- hmm, ok.... well come on lets get your bags in here and celebrate.

Ember- I can't wait... Merry Christmas Cam, love you girl

Cambria- aww, love you too bestie!! Merry Christmas.
